At Kriyanta, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you find yourself needing to return an item, our returns policy is designed to be straightforward and accommodating. This section will guide you through the eligibility criteria, timeframes, and procedures for returning your items.
We have a 3-day replacement / exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement / exchange. Delivery date is considered as Day 1.
To be eligible for a replacement / exchange, your item must be in the same condition in that Customer received, un-worn and unused, with tags, and its box inside courier bag/box must not be torn or cut opened except tape.
NOTE- Replacement / exchange will be accepted only in the same condition when the product turns out to be wrong and damaged and you should have the opening video of that too.
You have to exchange your product within our inventory and exchange will be done according to availability of our stock.
The price difference between purchased and wanted products will be charged/ refunded in gift card accordingly.
Gift card will be valid for 6 months.
Cancellation of order is accepted within 6 hours of order has been done.
Customized product will not be eligible for refund.
UPI payment methods will not be available for currencies other than INR.

If the Delivered product is according to the specifications shown at Website and customer still want to exchange, then this non- defective products can be exchanged upon payment of a restocking fee of 20% of the product price. Additionally, the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Orders which are received in damaged condition/ defective/ wrong product are eligible for Free replacement. Customer can choose either they want the same design/ size in replacement or the any other design/ size of same product.
However, If the design / size requested in replacement has higher value than the delivered product, then Customer has to pay the difference in Advance then only replacement item will be dispatched. Otherwise same design/ size will be sent as replacement.
Returnable items : First the damaged / defective / wrong product will be replaced, if Customer is not satisfied with the replaced item then only it will be eligible for the refund which should match our refund criteria.
To request replacement / return, Please contact us at kriyanta.com. If your replacement / exchange is accepted, we will arrange for reverse pick up of the Product.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We also accept partial replacement wherein you can raise a replacement request for one or all products in your order.
NOTE : Customers who gives wrong information about received product , or use any kind of foul language/ threatening / trying to defame our website will not be eligible for refund or replacement and legal action may be taken against them.
Damages / Wrong Product / Empty parcel
Please make the opening Video of the parcel and inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Cosmetics, Lipsticks, etc.) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be asked to provide the preferred payment method to get refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
