Return Window

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the product type, condition, and reason for the request. Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase when applicable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us through the Contact page with the order number, the item involved, photos if the item arrived damaged, and a short note explaining the issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may suggest another suitable option, store credit, or a refund where eligible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or another agreed method where required. Bank, card, wallet, and payment-provider processing times may vary after the refund is initiated.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

Made-to-order, personalised, final-sale, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, digital, or opened consumable items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Inspection and Resolution

Returned items may be inspected before approval. If a return does not meet the policy conditions, we will explain the reason and work with the customer on the fairest available next step.
